The cost of camp will be paid through your church, however, if you would like to participat in one of our "add-on" activities with students you must pay through this form. 

1) Horseback riding - $36.25
2) Tower of Faith (2 climbing walls with 4 skill levels, zipline, & leap of faith minumum 65 pounds - max 250 pounds) - $27

We are excited for a great week of camp! Your participation during the week plays a vital role in the success and spiritual growth of all Camp Fearless students. 

Serving as a youth camp leader is an incredible blessing and responsibility! All Camp Fearless leaders are required to agree to the guidelines below to keep the students and yourself safe. 

Leader Rules:
- Do not be alone with a student at any time
- Camp is a NO PHONE campus (your youth pastor will give you further instructions)
- We can't do camp without you! Follow the instruction of your youth pastor to monitor your students and be at your designated serve area on time and be faithfully committed to serve!
- Abide by and enforce all camper rules
- Set a solid example for your students!

Camp Fearless depends on leaders to fulfill roles that keep camp running. In addition to monitoring your students and enforcing camp rules we ask that each of you serve in a specific area. Please select one or more areas where you are intersted in serving: 

I release the staff of Camp Fearless, The Seed Church, and affiliates from any liabilities, claims, and demands arising out of injury or accident incurred while I am participating in any event while at Camp Fearless and/or on the grounds of Camp Kulaqua. In the event of an accident or injury and my emergency contact cannot be reached, I further authorize the executive staff of Camp Fearless to administer any medical treatment they may deem necessary for my well being.

I understand that The Seed Church and its affilitates photograph and digitally record participants while at events including Camp Fearless. By typing my name I am giving my signature and am giving permision to use any photos or videos taken of me while at camp to be published by Camp Fearless and The Seed Church. I waive any right I may have to inspect the finished product and I release The Seed Church and Camp Fearless from any liability for any use of the photographs or digital media.
